The staff helped immediately and tried to make everything as pleasant as possible. The staff reacted quickly and got the toilet free the second time.

Our toilet was broken and the water took a long time to get warm.

Location right at the station. Walking distance but not close to attractions. Room simple but clean and sufficient. Breakfast buffet big and also with a few western things.

The lobby always smelled very strong and often also had an unpleasant smell of food. Very unmotivated staff at breakfast. The room is loud and uncomfortable (but that fits the country). A lot of greasy food.
